Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building easy to plan a habitable room and the like in which a storing room not exceeding a height of 1.2-1.4 m can be comparatively freely arranged at a desired position.
SOLUTION: A skip floor 11 1.2-1.4 m higher than a floor 10 is provided upward of part of the floor 10, and the storing rooms 22 and 23 are provided between the skip floor 11 and the floor 10. A staircase 14 from the floor 10 to the skip floor 11 is provided, the storing rooms 22 and 23 are arranged by sandwiching a staircase room 12 for providing the staircase 14, and entrances 22a and 23a of the storing rooms 22 and 23 face a room 15 provided on the floor 10. Thereby the storing rooms 22 and 23 can be comparatively freely arranged at the desired positions without considering the positions of the staircases 8 and 14, and planning of other rooms 15 and the like is facilitated.
