Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an easy and positive assembling of a cooking unit in a narrow and dark place inside a kitchen or the like to be carried out, the number of component parts to be reduced and further a superior fixing and fitting of the cooking unit to be performed in view of its strength.
SOLUTION: A built-in cooking unit 11 assembled into an inside part of a counter-top 23 in a kitchen or the like is constituted such that a main body case 14 constituting a main body 12 of the cooking unit is formed with a protruded step 26, a part near a step 26a of the protruded step 26 is provided with an engaging port 27, one end of a fixing element 25 formed into an L-shape is engaged with this engaging port 27, a bolt member 28 threadably inserted into the other end of the fixing element is fastened against a rear surface of the aforesaid counter-top 23, thereby the counter-top 23 is held, fitted and fixed between the main body 12 of the cooking unit and a top plate 13 fitted to the upper part of the main body 12 of the cooking unit.
