Title:
BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3951189
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner which does not cause unstable combustion even in a case that O2 concentration of combustion air is low.
SOLUTION: In the burner, a secondary air flow passage is formed surrounding a primary air flow passage 3 and a plurality of injection nozzles 9 of gas fuel are provided in the secondary air flow passage 4 around the primary air flow passage 3. Projecting between an outer periphery of a tip end part of the primary air flow passage 3 and the injection nozzle 9, a flame holder 14 in a ring shape is provided on the outer periphery of the tip end part. A main injection port 12 and a side injection port 11 are formed at the tip end part of the injection nozzle 9, the side injection port 11 is positioned on a rear flow side of the flame holder 14 and formed to point an axial center of the flame holder 14. A liquid fuel burner 20 is provided in the primary air passage 3, the flame holder 22 is provided at a tip end of the liquid fuel burner 20 and a position adjusting means is provided to move the liquid fuel burner 20 in an axial direction of the primary air flow passage 3. The injection nozzle 9 of gas fuel and the liquid fuel burner 20 are formed so that they can be switched to burn.
