Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch mounting tool capable of fixing a position detecting switch simultaneously with fixing a mounting band of the position detecting switch to a cylinder tube by means of one fastening screw.
SOLUTION: In this switch mounting tool 1 comprising a pair of fastening reinforcement plates 3a, 3b mounted on both ends of the mounting band 3 for fastening and holding the position detecting switch 9 therebetween by the fastening screw 7, the switch is held between the fastening reinforcement plates through a holder 4 covering both sides faces of the position detecting switch along the faces. Cylinder tube-side basic ends of the reinforcement plates approach to each other by fastening the pair of fastening reinforcement plates by the fastening screw 7 to temporarily fix the mounting band, and the switch can take an unfixed fastening position, a second fastening position for fixing the switch to the holder by the fastening thereafter, and a third fastening position for controlling excess fastening by the contact of a fastening control part mounted on the holder in further fastening.
