Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove chips at the time of pre-processing. SOLUTION: A holder member 1 is mounted onto the tool rest of a NC lathe and the base end portion of a roller member 2 is rotatably supported with the holder member 1. An annular pressing part 5 is projected outward in the radial direction out of the outer circumferential surface of the roller member 2. A holder passage 6a is formed in the inside of the holder member 1, and a roller passage 6b is formed in the inside of the roller member 2. Let cutting lubricant C fed to the holder passage 6a be jetted out of an outlet path 8 by way of the roller passage 6b, the burnishing area B of a work W is thereby cleaned by jetted out cutting lubricant C.
