To provide a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer bearing a carboxylpolyamide aminocarbonyl group and a polysiloxane aminocarbonyl group that is suitable for an adhesive composition for a flexible print circuit substrate and suitable for producing a coverlay film because the interfacial adhesion between a substrate film and an adhesive is increased and heat-resistant properties are increased; and to provide a method for producing the copolymer.
This invention provides the butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer bearing the carboxylpolyamide aminocarbonyl group (A) and the polysiloxane aminocarbonyl group (B) and is represented by formula 1 (wherein A= 100-B, and in this case, A is 1 to 99 and individually shows molar ratios, as for (k), (m) and (n), when k=1, m=3 to 200 and n=0.20 to 100 and they show the molar ratios; R1 and R2 are each a 1-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon and R3 is a 1-20C alkyl, and O, P and Q are each an integer of 1 to 20).
