To quickly and easily set the height of a shelf board by using a simple structure.

A television receiver stand 1 of this invention has a storing space formed by a left side plate 5, a right side plate 6, a top plate 7 and a bottom plate 8. A plurality of dowel holes 11 and dowel holes 12 are formed with vertically uniform spaces in inner faces of the left and right side plates 5 and 6, and at the same heights on the inner faces of the left and right side plates 5 and 6. Mark holes 13 and mark holes 14 are formed adjacent to the dowel holes 11 and 12 on every predefined number of holes and at the same height with the adjacent dowel holes 11 and 12. Thereby, when dowels 15 are inserted to the dowel holes 11 or 12, it is possible to reduce frequency of counting the number of the dowel holes 11 and the mark holes 13 or dowel holes 12 and the mark holes 14 so that the height of the shelf board is quickly and easily set by using the simple structure.
