To provide a cable harness, which has excellent waterproofness and mechanical characteristics and is suitable for transmitting a signal between a body of an electronic apparatus conducting closing and opening motion and rotational motion and a liquid crystal display, and an electronic apparatus using the cable harness.
A cable harness 61 includes multicore cable 2 having a protective layer 22 disposed around a wire group comprising multiple wires, a connection terminal provided at both sides of the wire group, a waterproof member 5 provided on the protective layer 22. The protective layer 22 is made of resin having adhesiveness. A thermal fusion section 56 is formed between an inner side of the waterproof member 5 and the protective layer 22, and the waterproof member 5 and the protective layer 22 are integrally formed.
