Abstract:
PURPOSE: To drastically simplify the labor at the time of generating vector data from raster data so as to drastically reduce time and labor for edition.
CONSTITUTION: When vector data is inputted, an offset processing part 15 applies thickness to the vector data by the value set in advance, and a data comparison part 16 compares the vector data applying thickness in the offset processing part 15 with the raster data inputted to a scanner 2. A raster data deletion part 17 deletes excess raster data based on the comparison result of the data comparison part 16.
