PURPOSE: To eliminate danger for a passenger to collide against an observation pane from behind so as to insure safety, even at the time of driving an emergent brake.

CONSTITUTION: A cage 12 is provided with an observation window 14 projecting outward from the side plate 13 by an appropriate length, and an observation pane 9b is fitted to the observation window 14. A handrail 10b is fitted to the side plate 13 at the position over the lower end of the observation pane 9b. Meanwhile, a trunk 15 used for placing a large baggage is provided in a space formed under the observation window 14. Similarly, a shelf used for receiving a small baggage is provided on a space formed over the observation window 14. An opening part 11a of approximate same area is provided on the part opposite to the observation pane 9b.
