PURPOSE: To allow a caller to immediately select a call coverage system device to be in use when no call is replied. CONSTITUTION: Before a caller makes a phone call, any of call coverage(CC) systems 106, 107,... is selected in advance, and when a called party does not reply, the call is transferred automatically to the CC service selected by a called party communication terminal equipment 109. Or the available CC system option is sent conversely and the caller selects a desired CC system option accordingly. Succeedingly the selected CC system option is transferred from a caller side communication terminal equipment 101 to the called party communication terminal equipment 109. Similarly when the caller desires it that the caller does not talk to the called party but transfers a message to a specific C system device only, the caller selects a CC system option in advance and makes a call request (CC system exclusive call request) to transfer the message to the caller communication terminal equipment 101. Upon the receipt of a message specifying a CC system exclusive call, the called communication terminal equipment 109 transfers immediately the call to any selected device among the CC system devices 106, 107....
