When the camera is left unused with no photographing performed yet, the lens unit 30 is put in a tentatively fixed state in which only the head of both of a temporary fixing boss 43 and a regular fixing boss 44 of a lens unit fixing component 40 are entered into part of both of a positioning hole 31 and a fixing hole 32 of the lens unit 30. When the camera is in use for photographing, the lens unit fixing component 40 is driven upward to bring the head of the temporary fixing boss 43 into contact with the bottom of the positioning hole 31. At the same time, the side of a positioning boss 42 is brought into contact with the side of the positioning hole 31. Further, the head of the fixing boss 44 is designed to come into contact with the bottom of the fixing hole 32.
