The sponge 2 is attached on a lower surface side of a detergent container 1 having a detergent replenishing port 11 which can open and close, and a small hole 13 for pouring out the detergent is pierced on the lower surface side, and a flexible waterproof bag 3 with an upper part opened is attached on an upper surface side of the detergent container 1.
