Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a vegetable liquefaction product using a cashew nut shell oil extracted from a cashew nut shell, and a production method of vegetable phenol particulate matter and carbide.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to mix a vegetable material and a cashew nut shell oil, then heat the mixture at normal pressure for one hour or more, at temperature of 140°C-200°C for liquefying the mixture, thereby producing a vegetable liquefaction product using the cashew nut shell oil. Then the vegetable liquefaction product or the cashew nut shell oil is mixed with a liquid mixture of a catalyst and a polymerization agent and is filtered. The residue is filtered and dried while neutralizing the residue with a neutralization liquid for obtaining vegetable phenol particulate matter. The vegetable liquefaction product is impregnated or mixed with the vegetable material, then, in an oxygen-free atmosphere, the mixture is sintered at temperature of 300-2800°C for producing carbide using the cashew nut shell oil. In addition, hexamethylene tetramine is added thereto for reducing impedance of the carbide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
