The front face of an enclosure 12 set on a pedestal 10 is provided with a card inserting port 14 for inserting a customer card and a lottery ticket discharging port 16 for discharging a lottery ticket. A liquid crystal display 20 which displays various kinds of pictures is provided on the top of the enclosure 12 and a touch input panel 22 is provided on the display 22. In addition, loudspeakers 24 are respectively provided on both the left and right sides of the display 20. When a customer purchases goods, lottery points are given to the customer in accordance with the price of the goods. When drawing points given to the customer reach a fixed value, the customer can draw a lottery card from a card drawing device. When the customer draws the lottery card, the drawing points written on the customer card of the customer are rewritten and a gift coupon is issued to the customer in accordance with the drawn lottery card. The customer can exchange the coupon with the corresponding gift.
