Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carding apparatus excellent in operation efficiency, capable of precisely and readily separating a web from a doffer roller without requiring a hand and automatically sending the web to the following process.
SOLUTION: A doffer roller 2 which is laid closely to a main cylinder 1 side by side and is revolved in the opposite direction to that of the main cylinder 1 and a roller comb 3 which is revolved in the same direction as that of the main roller are installed side by side. A belt 5 having a rough face 5a on the surface is hung between a front roller 4a and a rear roller 4b and around the rollers 4a and 4b ahead the roller comb 3. A vibration conveyor 4 which is revolved in the same direction as that of the roller comb 3 is installed and a transporting conveyor 6 which is revolved in the opposite direction to that of vibration comb conveyor 4 is arranged below the vibration comb conveyor.
