Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a carrying in/out controller for a workpiece by which various kinds of processing can be carried out to proper workpiece and they can be carried out and placed to a pallet corresponded in advance, even when improper workpieces are included in the workpiece transferred in order continuously.
CONSTITUTION: A taking out robot 3 carries in/out workpieces transferred continuously by a transfer conveyer 1 to/from a processing part 2 and various kinds of processes are carried out in the processing part 2. Then, the workpieces are received/delivered from/to a receive/delivery part 7 and the suitability of the workpiece on the pallets P1-Pn transferred to the intermediate carrying in point 11 of the transfer conveyer 1 is detected in a detection part 5 and the action of the processing part 2, the taking out robot 3 or the receive/delivery part 7 is controlled based on this detected detection signal. Even if the transfer conveyer 1 is miniaturized and simplified by the formation of a single supply passage, the transfer order of the workpieces is not disturbed.
