PURPOSE: To prevent falling, etc., due to mis-operation by using a power supply means composed of power supply terminals in contact with power receiving terminals and a moving mechanism for advancing retreating linearly the power supply terminals and thereby supplying power to an electrical moving means at a specific point.
CONSTITUTION: In a power supply means 10, respective power supply terminals 61 are opposed to power receiving terminals 17 at the stop position of a hanging means 4. When a support base advances due to operation of a motor, the power supply terminals 61 get in contact with the power receiving terminals 17 of the hanging means 4, so that a power supply sensing means is operated. Then, when this power supply sensing signal is detected by a control device, the motor is stopped by means of a power supply stopping means. Then, the motor 13 of a grabbing means 12 is operated, so that a clamp claw 23 grabs the upper flange 'Ba' of an object. A grabbing sensor is operated by means of an extension rod rising together with the nut member of the grabbing means 12. On receiving this grabbing sensing signal, a power supply stopping signal is outputted from the power supply stop control portion of a control device. Due to this signal, the moving mechanism 63 of the power supply means 10 is operated, so that the power supply terminals retreat.
