Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the carrying efficiency of a web winding tube without complicating the line formation by composing a transfer mechanism of a receiving conveyor to receive and carry the web winding tube, and a fall guide member to guide the web winding tube and fall it from a lower part to a carriage part.
SOLUTION: In four winding machines 40A, material wrapping film is divided into small parts and wound around a paper tube. When a wrap winding paper tube R is fed to a chute plate 54, a transfer device 50 carries the lap winding paper tube R on a delivery plate 90 by a receiving conveyor 60, and guides it into a fall guide member 70, and falls the wrap winding paper tube R onto separate carriage parts 14 (14A-14D) of a line conveyor 10. Each wrap winding paper tube R is carried to a cartoner by each carriage part 14. When the wrap winding paper tube R is present on the carriage part 14 for some reason or other, a sensor detects it, a stopper member 73a is projected by an air cylinder 73 to prohibit the fall of the wrap winding paper tube R.
