Abstract:
To provide a carton taking-out device capable of aligning directions of taken-out cartons even when the cartons are stacked at every predetermined number in directions alternately different from each other.SOLUTION: In the carton taking-out device, cartons 10 are stacked at every predetermined number in a magazine 12 in directions turned upside down; a robot 16 for taking out the cartons 10 positioned at a take-out port 28a of the magazine 12 is disposed; image information obtained by photographing outer surfaces of the cartons 10 positioned at the take-out port 28a by imaging means 48 is inputted into a determination part 50; the determination part 50 determines directions of the cartons 10 based on the image information; the robot 16 transfers the cartons to a box-erecting part N without converting the directions when taking out the cartons 10 determined as regularly directed by the determination part 50 and transfers the cartons to the box-erecting part N after converting the directions when taking out the cartons 10 determined as irregularly directed by the determination part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
