Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an automatic/manual switch and to reduce response delay.
SOLUTION: This controller has a master-side proportional integral control part 47 composed of a switching relay 53 which outputs a master-side deviation signal 44 or a hold signal 52 generated by a signal generator 51, an integral controller 54 which performs integral control on the basis of the master-side deviation signal 44 or hold signal 52 passed through the switching relay 53, a proportional controller 55 which performs proportional control on the basis of the master-side deviation signal 44, and an adder 58 which adds an integral control signal 56 and a proportional control signal 57 and outputs a signal 46 for slave control. Then the controller is provided with monitor switches 70 and 71 which send switching signals 49 and 50 switching the output from the side of the master-side deviation signal 44 to the side of the hold signal 52 when a limiter 69 of a slave-side proportional integral controller 63 operates.
