Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the upper and lower limit positions of a shutter curtain according to the raised and lowered positions of the shutter curtain itself.
SOLUTION: This device includes a tapelike switch 11, placed on the inner surface 5a of a guide rail 5 within a range slightly shorter than the interval between the upper and lower limits of the range of the rise and fall of a shutter curtain 4, and a contact roller 13, which is placed at the side end 8a of a seat plate slat 8 connected to the lowermost end of the shutter curtain 5 moving up and down within the guide rail 5, and which rolls while pressing the tapelike switch 11 as the shutter curtain 4 rises and falls. The contact roller 13 is provided with a plurality of projecting parts 14 equally spaced in the circumferential direction of its outer periphery, the projecting parts 14 are designed to roll while intermittently pressing the tapelike switch 11, and the contact roller 13 is fitted with an activation means 16 which presses the contact roller 13 into contact with the tapelike switch 11.
