To develop a new ceiling panel capable of ensuring and strengthening support of lower surface shell plates, and capable of surely preventing the lower surface shell plates from peeling/falling even at the time of emergency such as fire.
An inventive ceiling panel 1 is supported near a ceiling by a suspension member 2 (beam material 8) mounted in a suspended state from a structural material of a building. The ceiling panel 1 includes upper and lower surface shell plates 3, 4, each having a rectangular planar shape. The lower surface shell plate 3 of them has upper presser edges 33 formed, for example, so as to be faced to extension surface parts 31 of which two edge sides on end sides correspond to an indoor ceiling surface, and is mounted to the suspension member 2 by fastening means 6 of a bolt/nut type or the like in the upper presser edges 33.
