To provide a vibration control structure which adjusts properly frictional force generated according to a load.
In a vibration control structure, a plurality of friction damper units 25-1', 25-2', 25-3', 25-4' provided between a pair of members in a building frame are interlocked to control vibration. The friction damper unit includes a first press-contact plate 11', a second press-contact plate 12', a third press-contact plate 21', a first junction 30' joined to a first contact pressure energization member, and a second junction 20' joined to a second contact pressure energization member. The first press-contact plate is provided with a long first through-hole and the second press-contact plate is provided with a second through-hole longer than the first through-hole to become slidable. The third press-contact plate is provided with a third through-hole and a fourth through-hole, and has a first bolt member and a second bolt member. The plurality of friction damper units have the lengths in a prescribed direction of the first through holes gradual, and are provided with a constant friction generation member for generating a constant friction when gradually sliding and performing a relative displacement.
