Abstract:
To provide a cell holding region formation device for cell culture vessel capable of arranging a cell holding space at a desired position to a cell culture vessel and cultivating a cell on a desired position.SOLUTION: There is provided a cell holding region formation device 100 for cell culture vessel configured so that, a main body 101 has a hollow cylindrical shape and has a vessel contact surface P101 and a top surface P102, the vessel contact surface P101 has a self-adsorption, by the self-adsorption, the main body adsorbs to the cell culture vessel and its position is fixed or is detached. In the cell holding region formation device 100 for cell culture vessel, a cell holding space 103 forms a hollow columnar hollow space penetrating the main body 101 from the vessel contact surface P101 of the main body 101 to the top surface P102, and by the cell holding region formation device 100 for cell culture vessel, the cell holding space 103 is arranged at a desired position to the cell culture vessel, and a hydrophilic region is formed at a desired position on the cell culture vessel. The main body 101 is formed of a silicone rubber and has a contact angle of equal to or more than 60°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
