Abstract:

To develop a technique for inducing iPS cells by addition of purified recombinant transcription factor protein.

There is provided the transcription factor in which a purification tag is linked to a cell introduction tag and which is modified with polyethyleneimine. The transcription factor is SOX2, OCT3/4, NANOG or LIN28 protein, and the purification tag is His tag.
