Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose nanofiber production device in which the frequency of mechanical refining treatment is reduced, and cellulose nanofiber can be produce with saved energy, and a method for producing cellulose nanofiber.SOLUTION: Provided is a cellulose nanofiber production device comprising: one or a plurality of conical type refiners where pulp fiber in slurry is roughly fibrillated; and a high pressure homogenizer where the pulp fiber in the slurry is refined. It is preferable that a plurality of the conical type refiners are provided, and a plurality of the conical type refiners are connected in series. It is preferable that a circulation mechanism of circulating the pulp fiber-containing slurry is further provided to each conical type refiner. It is preferable that a chemical treatment mechanism performing oxidation treatment, hydrolysis treatment or chemical treatment made of their combination is further provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
