To obtain a formed body hardly showing wet color even in contact with water such as rain water while effectively attaining the color of a cement base material by forming a water-repellent material layer on the side part of a transparent resin layer formed by coating the cement base material using a cement as a essential material in the cement formed body.
The cement base material 1 made of the cement as the essential material, which consists of Portland cement, a fly ash, a pulp and perlite, is coated to form the layer 2 (e.g. colored cement layer) containing the water- repellent material, preferably a water-repellent resin (e.g. acrylic resin) or one or more kinds selected from metallic salts of fatty acid, fatty acid esters and the transparent resin layer (e.g. acrylic resin) is formed on the layer 2 containing the water-repellent material. As for the water-repellent resin, a silane based water-repellent agent or a latex resin can be used instead of the acrylic resin.
