Abstract:

To provide a producing method of a ceramic product capable of remarkably shortening lead time compared to the conventional method by effectively using inevitable stagnant time before being fed in a furnace.

A ceramic product such as a glass just after molding is dried in a directly-connected drying oven until the content of water becomes 2-10% and the surface is glazed in this state. After that, the product is dried by using stagnant time before being fed to a furnace until the content of water becomes ≤1.0% and fired. Since the product is glazed at a high temp. in a high water content, the glazing is easy and lead time is reduced to a half of that in a conventional method since the dead time before being fed to the furnace, which is waste time in the conventional method, a used for the drying.
