Abstract:
To provide a centering member capable of easily centering a second pipe and a first pipe, and shortening work time in an excavation groove regardless of skill of workers.SOLUTION: A centering member is used for joining a first pipe and a second pipe in which the first pipe is inserted in an inner diameter portion and a diameter expanding portion formed so as to be larger than an outer diameter of an insertion portion of the first pipe is formed. The centering portion is equipped with a fixed portion fixed to the first pipe, an arm portion attached to the fixed portion and projecting out from one end of the first pipe in a direction of the second pipe, and an abutting portion provided on the arm portion and abutting on the diameter expanding portion. The abutting portion is equipped with an abutting part abutting on the diameter expanding portion, and an insertion margin part disposed so as to bulge out from an end portion of the diameter expanding portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
