Abstract:
To provide a package type rotation pump unit capable of maintaining high pump performance to actualize a longer device life by preventing the overheat of internal air in a sealed casing even when used as a vacuum pump in a high-vacuum-degree range.SOLUTION: The package type rotation pump unit includes an electric rotation pump 200 including a rotation pump 2 for sucking/exhausting gas, and an electric motor 3, and a sealed casing 1 embracing the electric rotation pump 200, and further includes a liquid-cooled heat exchanger 5 arranged in the sealed casing 1 and adapted to be cooled with cooling liquid supplied from a cooling liquid supply source 4 arranged outside the sealed casing 1, a blowing device 6 arranged in the sealed casing 1 for feeding internal air in the sealed casing 1 including heated air generated by air around the rotation pump 2 being heated with the operation of the rotation pump 2 to the liquid-cooled heat exchanger 5 so as to cool it, and a pump cover part 25 for appropriately circulating the internal air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
