PURPOSE: To prevent ceramic shrouds from being broken due to a difference in the thermal expansion coefficient by brazing extremely thin honeycomb structures made of a heat-resistant alloy to the faces of the ceramic shrouds and metal shrouds facing them respectively, and fastening cushioning materials between both shrouds via the honeycomb structures.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic blade section 7 and ceramic inside and outside shrouds 8, 9 are fastened by metal inside and outside shrouds 10, 11 and a core bar 12 to form a ceramic stator blade. Extremely thin honeycomb structures 17 made of a heat-resistant alloy are fitted by brazing 18 to the faces of the inside and outside shrouds 10, 11 facing the faces of the inside and outside shrouds 8, 9 respectively, and cushioning materials 13 are provided between the honeycomb structures 17 and the ceramic inside and outside shrouds 8, 9 to unify the fastening load and to insulate heat. Honeycomb structures 19 are provided between the side faces of the inside and outside shrouds 8, 9 and the inner faces of the metal inside and outside shrouds 10, 11 facing the side faces.
