To provide a ceramic-based decorative sheet having a fine mat feeling regardless of a color of a colored layer.SOLUTION: A ceramic-based decorative sheet has a ceramic-based substrate, on at least one side of which, a sealer layer, a primer layer, a colored layer and a clear layer are formed in the stated order.
