Then, a gap is formed between these suction pads 14 and the lower face of the cap 4, and a chair 1 for child is fitted onto the top plate so as to insert this top plate into the gap. Afterwards, when the fixtures 6 are recovered to the original, this chair 1 for child is set onto the top plate and the state of enabling the sitting of baby on a seat part 7 is provided. Therefore, the chair 1 for child is not detached from the top plate and safety can be improved.
