To provide a chalcone complex having antitumor activity.

It is the complex of a natural or synthetic phosphatide with a compound selected from the group consisting of isocordoin, cordoin, 4-hydroxyderricin, 2-hydroxyderricin, 3-hydroxyderricin, 2',4'-dihydroxychalcone and 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone. The complex has actions such as significantly inhibiting proliferation of mammary cancer.
