Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge-discharge type oscillation circuit that is highly accurate and consumes less power even when an oscillation frequency is high.SOLUTION: The charge-discharge type oscillation circuit has charge-discharge sections 11a, 11b, buffers 21a, 21b, comparators 15a, 15b and a logic circuit 17. The buffers 21a, 21b are connected between the charge-discharge sections 11a, 11b and the comparators 15a, 15b, respectively, and the comparators 15a, 15b output signals depending on results of comparison of outputs of the buffers 21a, 21b with a reference voltage. The logic circuit 17 outputs signals whose logic value changes according to the output of the comparator 15a and the output of the comparator 15b.
