Abstract:
To provide a charger for electric vehicle, capable of enhancing safety and usability and achieving outdoor usage regardless of the presence of rain water.
The charger for electric vehicle includes: a lengthwise feeding duct 1 with a feeder line 10 therein; a power plug 2 movably retained in the feeding duct 1; and a charging plug 3 for charging an electric vehicle 100 connected with the power plug 2 through a charging cable 3. The power plug 2 includes a pickup 20 and a converter 22 as feeding means for feeding electric power from the feeder line 10 to a charging plug 30 through the charging cable 3 by non-contact power feeding.
