PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily charge a propellant chamber of pump chamber in an embeddable injection pump by charging a cussion which is intrinsically transmissive to a propellant but inanactive with the propellant, placing the cushion in the propellant chamber, and closing the propellant chamber in a sealed manner.
SOLUTION: At a center of upper chamber part, a replenishing opening 8 sealed with a central partitioning wall 9, and below the central partitioning wall 9 a replenishing space 10 having an opening 12 communicated with a fixed plate 11 for stopping a needle and medicals chamber 6 is formed. Onto an element punched out of air cushion foil a silicone thin layer is stuck with a spontaneously adhering agent, and the cusion is evacuated with a double-needle member (two needles), than a propellant is charged therein. The cushion 13 is put in a lower chamber part 3 before both housing halves 3, 4 of injection pump is assemble, and the lower and upper chamber parts 3, 4 are connected. Then, a bendable partioning wall 5 is sandwitched between both the halves 3, 4. The propulsion gas in the cushion 13 is diffused in the propellant chamber through a thin wall within 15 minutes.
