To provide a chemical solution tank for a cooling tower excelling in maintainability of chemical solution replacement or the like while saving on a space, the most suitable for arrangement in a ventilating space, and having a high cooling effect without disturbing an air current in the ventilating space, and to provide a chemical solution adding unit equipped with such a chemical solution tank for the cooling tower.
The chemical solution tank for the cooling tower is installed in the ventilating space of the cooling tower having a fan at an upper part, a lower water tank at a lower part, a ventilating part on a side face to lead in air from the outside, a water cooling part inside the ventilating part to bring air led in from the ventilating part into contact with water, and the ventilating space below the fan and above the lower water tank to lead air from the water cooling part, to the fan. The chemical solution tank for the cooling tower has a surface shape not disturbing an air current flowing toward the fan from the water cooling part.
