Abstract:
To improve efficiency in heating powder and grains in a dryer for drying the powder and grains by heating.
The dryer for drying the powder and grains by heating by high temperature air comprises a drying cylinder 10 holding the powder and grains, and agitating members 20 arranged in the drying cylinder 10 and having agitation pieces 50 rotated around a rotating shaft 21 extending in a gravity direction to agitate the powder and grains. The agitation piece 50 has an inclined face 50c inclining to push up the powder and grains against gravity.
