To automatically guide an individual trunk to a definite position without necessitating manual operation and surely spray a definite amount of chemical to the trunk from above.

This chemical spraying apparatus is provided with a pair of the right and left trunk guides placed opposite to each other at a side on a carrier interposing a gap allowing the passage of a trunk 14 and an endless belt 21 for cup placed near one of the trunk guides in a state endlessly rotatable keeping a part of the belt parallel to the linear region of the trunk guide. Chemical cups 26 are tiltably suspended from the endless belt 21 for cup at a definite pitch and tilted with a tilting means 28 placed in the linear running region of the endless belt 21 for cup. A definite amount of chemical is supplied to the cup 26 by a chemical supplying means placed at a position other than the above linear region.
