Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chicken egg container made of a synthetic resin sheet having a lid having a structure capable of mounting and storing many packaged chicken eggs in the most dense state in a stable manner.
SOLUTION: There is provided a chicken egg container of a synthetic resin sheet in which a container main body 1 and a lid 2 are formed in series in a foldable manner at their one side edge through a folding segment 3. At least one longitudinal side wall 22 of the lid 2 is formed at a slant surface where two or more valleys positioned between chicken egg storing cavities 23 are formed in series. The side wall 22 is constituted by two side wall surfaces 22a, 22b where each of inclined angles formed in series from a flange segment 21 toward a top plate 24 is made different. The side wall has a shape in which it is slightly bulged out toward an outside part of the container at an interface segment between the two side walls 22a, 22b. An inclination angle of the side wall surface 22a at the top plate 24 of the side wall 22 is substantially equal to an inclination angle of the side wall surface 12a at a bottom segment 14 of the chicken egg storing cavities 13 of the container main body 1.
