Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive chip-shaped noise filter which can be easily automated.
CONSTITUTION: The filter is formed in such a way that a coil element composed by putting a geared bobbin 1 in a core 2 assembled with EI cores and winding a wire around the bobbin 1 is inserted into a frame 3 with printed wiring 6 and the end sections of the winding, end sections of a capacitor, and terminals are connected to the frame 3. In addition, the frame 3 and coil element are sealed with a sealing material while the terminals are exposed.
