Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate flake comprising a food obtained by coating a corn flake with chocolate, and to provide a method for producing the chocolate flake.
SOLUTION: This chocolate flake is produced by raw material-preparing process → frying process → oil-removing process → first cooling process →chocolate-coating process → second cooling process → loosing process. The bread using the chocolate flakes is produced by loading the chocolate flakes produced by the above processes on a cream and subsequently nipping the chocolate flake-loaded cream with the pieces of a bread, by mixing the chocolate flakes produced by the above processes with a cream and subsequently nipping the mixture with the pieces of the bread, or by scattering the chocolate flakes produced by the above processes on the lower surface of the upper brake piece coated with a cream squeezed out from a tube and on the upper surface of the lower bread piece coated with the cream and subsequently nipping the scattered chocolate flakes with the bread pieces.
