Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a stress exerted on the contact part with a scratching member is fluctuated when a film scratching and removing device for pressing a conventional rolled scratching member on a flat face is applied to the three-dimensional solid face of the outer peripheral surface of a cathode- ray tube, hence the tube to be treated is dropped or broken, and an insufficiently scratched, removed and finished region is easy to form.
SOLUTION: When a rolled scratching member is pressed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating cathode-ray tube to scratch and remove the film, the rotating rolled scratching member is provided on both ends of a scratching member mounting structure, a rotating shaft is separately furnished in the center and supported by the tip of a separately provided pressing mechanism to constitute the mechanism, hence the pressure is equalized, and the film is stably and uniformly scratched and removed.
