Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid recovery device capable of preventing adhesion to the periphery of a nozzle, and effectively recovering a spray of cleaning liquid.SOLUTION: A cleaning liquid recovery device 1 is used when a nozzle 64 of a coater 6 is cleaned with cleaning liquid W ejected from a position facing the nozzle 64, toward the nozzle 64. The cleaning liquid recovery device 1 includes: a cylindrical upper hopper 2 having an insertion port 221 at an upper side, into which the nozzle 64 is to be inserted; a lower hopper 3 connected under the upper hopper 2, for recovering the cleaning liquid W; a net body 4 disposed between the upper hopper 2 and the lower hopper 3, having multiple through-holes 41, for making cleaning liquid W1 having been made a spray into cleaning liquid W2 being droplets; and gas ejection piping 5 for forming an airflow flowing from the upper hopper 2 to the lower hopper 3.
