PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning treatment apparatus capable of cleaning organic wastewater in high concentration up to water capable of being discharged without causing any trouble to a public water area such as rivers or the like and capable of reducing an apparatus cost and a running cost.
SOLUTION: The cleaning treatment apparatus is constituted of a primary treatment part 1 for passing raw water being organic wastewater before treatment through the bed of woody fine pieces 14 in a primary treatment tank 7 to send out the same as primary treated water, a secondary treatment part 2 for passing primarily treated water through the bed of woody fine pieces in a secondary treatment tank 2 to pass the same as secondarily treated water, a third treatment part 3 for sending out treated water repeatedly circulated through anaerobic tanks 46 and 47 and aerobic treatment tanks 48 and 49 to send out the same as thirdly treated water and a fourth treatment part 4 where ozone and third treated water mixed in a gas-liquid mixer are brought into contact with each other in an ozone reaction tank to sufficiently decompose, decolor and deodorize organic matter and third treatment water thus is sent out as the fourth treated water.
