To a large number of long bristle materials 22A, a band-shaped shrink film 22B is fed approx. in parallel with the bristle materials 22A, and the periphery of the bristle materials 22A is cylindrically wrapped with the shrink film 22b in such a manner that respective bristle materials 22A may closely come into contact with each other, and respective fur materials 22A are cut by a specified length together with the shrink film 22B, and thus, a bristle bundle 22 is formed, and at one end part, a specified cleaning member 1 is attached, and at the other end part, the bristle bundle 22 is detachably held for this cleaning utensil.
