PURPOSE: To prepare the title sheet with high quality and durability and to decrease production cost and the number of production steps on by placing a plastic film with a m.p. which is lower than the vulcanization temp. between an unvulcanized rubber sheet and a cloth, pressing and vulcanizing them to adhere integrally them.

CONSTITUTION: A cloth-adhered vulcanized rubber sheet is prepd. by placing a plastic film 3 between an unvulcanized rubber sheet 1 and a cloth 2, winding them, pressing and vulcanizing them and adhering integrally them. As the unvulcanized rubber sheet, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, EPTP, chloroprene rubber, Hyperone, urethane rubber, acryl rubber, etc., can be used. In addition, as the cloth, canvas, nonwoven fabric, glass cloth, metal cloth, asbestos cloth, ceramic cloth, plastic porous sheet etc., can be used. As the plastic film with a m.p. which is lower than the vulcanization temp., polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer etc., can be used.
