PURPOSE: To provide a cloth roller device capable of surely and smoothly feeding a cloth-winding poll on a driving roll and a driven roll without producing a noise, and not damaging the winding roll.

CONSTITUTION: A cloth roller device has a driving roller 10, a rotatable driven roller 20, a cloth-winding roll 30 rotated with a driving roller 10, a stock member 51 for holding a fully wound roll 301, and a roll feeder 57 for feeding an empty cloth-winding roll 30 on the driving roller 10 and the driven roller 20. A roll-carrying and feeding machine 6 for carrying and feeding the cloth-winding roll 30 is disposed between the roll feeder 57 and the driving roller 10 and the driven roller 20. The roll-carrying and feeding machine 6 has a pair of right and left conveyers 63 and receivers 65 disposed between both the conveyers 63 to carry the cloth-winding roll 30.
